No military solution

The conflict in the east and south of the Ukraine can not be solved by military means.

Political way out

All parties need a political way out of the conflict, which leads to a sustainable solution, beneficial for all.

Agreement of Minsk must be implemented

The Ceasefire agreement of Minsk of 5th of September 2014 must be implemented under the supervision of the OSCE. Russia respects the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Ukraine. Decentralization of the Ukraine. All supports towards separation from the Ukraine must be stopped. The Ukrainian government opposes radical groups, which proceed against the Russian-speaking population. End of cross-boarder transports of military equipment and combatants. OSCE monitors the boarders. Foreign soldiers must be withdrawn from the Ukraine. Amnesty for unlawful combatants.
